ICAI Hosts One-Day CPE Seminar on Digital Transformation and Business Growth in Ernakulam

The Digital Accounting and Assurance Board (DAAB) of ICAI, in collaboration with the Ernakulam Branch of SIRC of ICAI., is hosting a One-Day Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Seminar on Digital Competency Maturity Model (DCMM) and the Role of Digital Controls in Business Growth at the Gokulam Convention Centre, Kaloor, Ernakulam on 17th May 2025. The seminar will provide participants with 6 CPE hours and it is attracted to a robust audience of chartered accountants and professionals eager to explore the role of digital technologies in enhancing business capabilities.
Highlights of the Event
The event will commence with an inaugural session at 10:00 a.m., led by prominent dignitaries from ICAI and followed by two insightful technical sessions:
The seminar will feature two insightful technical sessions led by eminent speakers. The first session, titled "Digital Competency Maturity Model", will be conducted by CA. Narasimhan Elangovan from Bengaluru, focusing on assessing and enhancing digital competencies while providing tools for professionals to effectively navigate the evolving technological landscape. The second session, "Digital transformation of SME Businesses - Advanced features in Tally Prime and Tally Cloud", will explore strategies for leveraging technology to drive sustainable business growth, highlighting the significance of moving beyond compliance to unlock strategic value.
Leadership and Organization
The event is being lead by a distinguished team of leaders, including CA. Dayaniwas Sharma, Chairman of the Digital Accounting and Assurance Board (DAAB), who served as the Programme Chairman; CA. Arpit Jagdish Kabra, Vice-Chairman of DAAB, as the Programme Vice-Chairman; CA. Babu Abraham Kallivayalil, Central Council Member of ICAI, as the Programme Director; and CA. Anand A.S., Chairman of the Ernakulam Branch of SIRC of ICAI, who coordinated the event as the Programme Coordinator
Engagement and Participation
The seminar will witness enthusiastic participation from both members and non-members. Registration is complimentary for Ernakulam ARS Members (2025–2026), while others paid a nominal fee of ₹1534 (inclusive of GST).
